1 · Promotional and demonstration use only
The Founders Kit is distributed solely as promotional, evaluation and display material to media, dispensary and channel partners. It is not offered for retail sale, is not a consumer product, and is not intended for personal consumption of any kind. By placing this order you represent that you are acquiring the kit in a professional capacity for promotional, editorial, merchandising, demonstration or display purposes, and that the device it contains will be used only as a non-operational display and handling sample.
2 · No filling, no substances, no nicotine
You agree that you will not fill, refill, load, prime, decant into or otherwise introduce any liquid, oil, extract, concentrate, botanical or other substance into the WRIP One device or any pod included in the kit, and that you will not encourage, instruct or permit any other person to do so. The WRIP One is strictly not intended to be filled with or used with nicotine in any form, nor with any tobacco-derived or synthetic nicotine product, nor with any controlled substance. The pods included in the kit are unfilled promotional samples and are not consumable goods. Any filling, modification, activation or use of the device outside of dry, unfilled handling demonstration is expressly outside the scope of this authorisation, voids all support, and is undertaken entirely at your own risk and on your own responsibility.
3 · Pre-production hardware — not the final unit
The device supplied in the Founders Kit is a pre-production engineering and marketing sample. It is not the final production unit and should not be represented as such in any editorial, photography, video, listing, social post or sales material. Fit, finish, colour, tolerances, materials, weight, packaging, firmware, battery behaviour, airflow, thermal performance, printed markings and certification labelling are all subject to change without notice before general availability. Units may lack final regulatory markings, final firmware, or final safety interlocks. Nothing in this kit constitutes a representation, warranty or specification of the shipping product, and any measurement, test result or performance figure derived from a kit unit is non-representative and must not be published as a specification of the production device.
4 · Supplied as-is, with no warranty
The kit and every item in it are provided strictly “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. No warranty period, service level, replacement right, repair obligation or firmware support commitment attaches to a promotional unit. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WRIP disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, and for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the kit, its use, its misuse, or its unavailability.
5 · Assumption of risk, release and indemnity
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your possession, handling, storage, transport, display and disposal of the kit, including risks associated with lithium batteries, heat, small parts and electrical components. You release and forever discharge WRIP, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and partners from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities and expenses of every kind arising out of the kit, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WRIP against any third-party claim, regulatory enquiry, penalty, loss or cost — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the kit in a manner not authorised here, or your representation of the kit or device to any third party.
6 · No medical, health or therapeutic claims
Neither the kit nor the device is a medical device, and nothing supplied with it has been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any condition. You agree not to make, publish, imply or endorse any health, wellness, therapeutic, cessation, dosage or safety claim about the device or the pods, and not to present the kit as approved, certified, cleared or compliant for consumer use in any market.
7 · Eligibility, resale and transfer
You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are ordering on behalf of a legitimate media, dispensary, retail or promotional partner, and that you will keep the kit out of the possession of minors at all times. Kits are limited to 250 numbered units, are allocated at WRIP’s sole discretion, and may not be resold, auctioned, rented, sub-distributed, offered as a prize or given away to the general public without prior written consent. WRIP may decline, cancel or reallocate any order, and may limit quantities per partner, at any time and for any reason.
8 · Compliance with law
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, licence conditions and advertising codes applicable to your possession and display of the kit in your jurisdiction, including any restriction on the promotion, display or importation of vapour or cannabis-adjacent hardware. Kits are not shipped to jurisdictions where their receipt would be unlawful. You will not export, re-export or transport the kit in violation of any applicable trade control or customs law.
9 · Allocation, payment and shipping
Kits are not currently offered for sale. Registering interest places no order and takes no payment. If and when an allocation is offered to you, your card is charged in full at that point. Kits ship on a date announced at the time of allocation; any window we give is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date, and manufacturing, freight or compliance delays may move it. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your kit ships. Once shipped, promotional kits are final — they are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where a right of return cannot be excluded by law. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.
10 · Feedback, imagery and confidentiality
Any feedback, notes, images or observations you share with WRIP about the kit may be used by WRIP without restriction, attribution or compensation. Where you publish imagery of a kit unit, you agree to identify it as a pre-production promotional sample. Non-public information disclosed to you alongside the kit — including roadmap, pricing, tooling and launch timing — is confidential and may not be shared until WRIP announces it publicly.
11 · Changes, severability and entire agreement
WRIP may update these terms for future allocations; the version accepted at checkout governs your order. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. These terms, together with the order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and WRIP with respect to the Founders Kit and supersede any prior discussion, proposal or representation, whether oral or written.
