Refund Policy

Short version: 30 days to send it back if it is unworn and in original condition. You cover return postage. If we got it wrong, we cover everything.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return a piece for a refund, or to exchange it for a different size or colorway.

To qualify, the piece must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odor, marks, pet hair and damage, with any tags still attached. We inspect every return. A piece that comes back worn, washed or scented will be returned to you and the refund declined, so please try it on carefully before deciding.

You cover return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Use a tracked service — until a parcel reaches us it is still your responsibility, and we cannot refund something that never arrives.

Start a return by emailing admin@wearwrip.com with your order number and what you would like to do. Wait for our reply before shipping anything: unannounced returns arrive with nothing tying them to an order and are slow to resolve.

If we got it wrong

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or is simply not what you ordered, that is entirely on us. Email admin@wearwrip.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full — including the shipping you paid, and including return postage. You will never pay to send back a mistake of ours.

Canceling a pre-order

Pieces are printed to order and charged in full at checkout. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order enters the print run — in practice, the first few days after ordering. Email us as soon as you can.

If we cannot ship inside the stated 1–2 week window, we will email you before that window closes with a revised date, and you may cancel for a full refund at that point regardless of where the piece is in production.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method once the returned piece has arrived and passed inspection. Expect 5–10 business days for it to appear after we issue it — that delay is your bank's, not ours. We do not refund to gift cards, store credit, or a different card than the one used.

Original outbound shipping is refunded only where the fault was ours, or where you canceled before production began.

Garment-dye variation is not a defect

Our blanks are garment dyed, which is a deliberately inconsistent process. Color, tone and depth vary between batches and between individual pieces, and print placement varies within normal production tolerance. Screens differ too, so what arrives will not match your monitor exactly. This is a property of the product and not grounds for a fault claim — though it is of course covered by the 30-day return above if you simply do not like it.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, incomplete or unclaimed, we will re-send it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the order minus the original shipping. We cannot recover a parcel delivered correctly to an address you gave us.

Lost and stolen parcels

If tracking has not moved for seven days, or shows delivered when nothing arrived, tell us and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf. Where the carrier confirms loss, we replace or refund. Where the carrier confirms delivery to your address, we cannot refund a theft that happened after delivery — but we will help you pursue the claim.

Final sale

Items marked final sale, sample sale or clearance, and any promotional or partner kit, are not eligible for return or exchange except where a right of return cannot be excluded by law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such a law gives you a right we have not offered above, that law wins.
